Dr. Shin is a board-certified psychiatrist with fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry. She has wide-ranging clinical experience of seeing patients of all ages with various mental health issues in emergency rooms, inpatient hospitals, and outpatient clinics across the country. Dr. Shin truly believes in the power of both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology and is best at providing well-balanced care. Her particular clinical interest is in dialectical behavioral therapy(DBT) and treating generalized anxiety disorder of adolescents.
Diane Palmer, MS, CAC-AD-S
Diane Palmer is committed to training, healing and developing the local workforce of co-occurring behavioral health counselors and is excited to serve the community as Life’s Energy Wellness Center Inc.’s Regional Integrated Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor. Diane has extensive experience in serving consumers with co-occurring disorders, urgent crisis response counseling and providing services to consumer diagnosed with severe mental illness on the Mid-Shore in public and private sector with a commitment of service for 30 years with the State of Maryland. Diane will be leading the clinical team with her knowledge of trauma responsive treatment with a focus on resilience and evidence based treatment modalities that promote behavioral health and wellness across the life span.
Daphine Camper-Jackson BA, CAC-AD
Daphine Camper-Jackson specializes in resilience and spiritual person centered counselling. Daphine has worked in the field of behavioral health counseling for 25 years and provides comprehensive trauma informed behavioral health counseling to adolescents and adults.
Sabrina Whalen, MS, CAC-AD, LGPC
Sabrina has been a force in her community for 20 years promoting mental health wellness, mental health education and person centered and family centered care that is compassionate and mindful.
Sabrina has worked with diverse populations in private and public sectors. Sabrina specializes in behavioral health treatment services for children, adults and families that promote wellness in all life stages.
Carrisa Morgan, BA, CAC-AD
Carrisa Morgan is a Masters Candidate pursing a duel license in mental health and addictions counseling. Carrisa has a passion for person centered guided healing and works with adolescents, adults and families. Upon obtaining her family and marriage therapy license Carissa will be expanding her skills in couples counseling and sexual health and wellness.
Mary Norfleet-Johnson, M.S., CAC-AD
Mary Norfleet-Johnson has been working in the behavioral health field for well over 20 years in both public and private systems of care. Mary specializes in working with consumers that have experienced trauma, diagnosed with co-occurring behavioral health diagnosis, gambling disorders and consumers identifying as LGBTQ. Mary provides individuals and families seeking spiritual counseling guidance to navigate life from a strength based approach for long term recovery and behavioral health Wellness.
Dr. Widra is a board-certified psychiatrist in adult psychiatry. She has worked in both private and public mental health hospitals and clinics providing treatment and consultation with a focus on reproductive psychiatry including postpartum and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, as well as antidepressant treatment during pregnancy.Dr. Widra has a passion for providing person-centered care and specializes in CBT, DBT, and ACT.
Pridget Harmon, MS, M.Ed, LGPC, NCC
Pridget is a licensed master level graduate professional counselor. Pridget obtained her Masters degrees in both Clinical Counseling and Education as well as Rehabilitation Counseling from University of Maryland Eastern Shore where also obtained her bachelors degree in psychology. Pridget has worked in both public and private practice and is trained in CBT, DBT and MBCBT. Pridget provides integrated behavioral health treatment to children, adolescents and adults.
Jennifer Lake, MS, M.Ed., ADT, LGPC
Jennifer is a masters level counselor with extensive experience in child and adolescent counseling in a variety of community settings. Jennifer Obtained her Masters degrees in Counseling Education and Clinical Counseling from Bowie State University. Jennifer provides person centered trauma informed and responsive care utilizing evidence based curriculum. Jennifer is dedicated to teaching mental health wellness to her consumers and enjoys being able to assist them in maintaining wellness mind, body and spirit.

Andrea is a licensed master social worker. Andrea received her MSW degree from the School of Social Work at Salisbury University and her Bachelors of Art in Sociology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Andrea has over 10 years of experience working with individuals and their families and she’s dedicated to advocating and providing services to the diverse population that she works with as well as to the community that she serves. Andrea specializes in CBT, DBT and MBCBT providing individualized care with use of evidence based curriculum to improve behavioral health outcomes.

Andrea Kelley-Freeman, founder and CEO of Life's Energy Wellness Center Inc. is an Eastern Shore native educated in Maryland Public Schools and Universities. Andrea is a proud graduate of Salisbury University where she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Psychology, University of Maryland College Park where she completed Graduate Studies in Psychiatric Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she obtained a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling. Andrea is currently pursuing her Doctorate. With strong ties to the local business community on the Mid-Shore Andrea Kelley-Freeman has supported a local small business in Easton, Maryland for fifteen years while also making a commitment to public service as well as private practice clinical services as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor as well as Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. With knowledge and expertise in providing both public and private sector behavioral health, prevention, school based treatment, community based treatment and crisis intervention services Andrea has extensive experience working with diverse populations. Andrea has a passion for community service and often says "there is something we can all do and we all should" emphasizing the importance of community togetherness and never counting anyone's contributions and talents out. Andrea has been happily married for 18 years and considers her two children her greatest inspirations and accomplishments in life.
Life's Energy Wellness Center has major affiliations with University of Maryland School of Medicine, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Salisbury University and Frostburg University. We provide Master Level internships to students obtaining and seeking behavioral health licensure and certifications.
