What is supervision and how does it Work?
Supervision is a working relationship between a supervisor and a counselor in which the counselor can share, reflect,and get feedback to help increase her/his ethical competence and confidence to best serve clients over several sessions.
Individual,Group, Multicultural, & Clinical Supervision
We provide individual and group supervision for those seeking counseling Certification/Licensure requirements for ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, CAC-AD Approved Supervisor, LGADC, LCADC as well as those seeking supervision for their clinical practice.
Two types of Supervision are offered, general and immediate. General supervision involves being available to you by a communications device such as phone or video.
Immediate supervision involves physically being present with you to discuss your clinical work.
